He should come back while his popularity is still strong. I think after election not much people talk about him any more. And he has to wait until next election to steer some interest but he might be irrelevant to the Cambodian politics until then as new stars are rising now.

it is good for him to stay in overseas,,,
If he listens to his supporters in the province as reported in VOA, he must return back. They are demoralized by his absent.
